New Inspection Chamber Installation Completed in Sutton Coldfield

At CJM Brickwork & Building Services Ltd, we’ve recently completed the installation of a new inspection chamber as part of the final stage of an extension project in Sutton Coldfield.

This drainage installation was required to provide access to the existing drainage system and ensure the project met the necessary requirements before the external works could be completed.

Excavation and Drainage Works

The existing drainage run was located at approximately 1.7 metres below ground level, requiring careful excavation and preparation to safely expose the pipework.

Once the drainage line was exposed, a new inspection chamber was installed and connected into the existing system using suitable couplings and fittings. The chamber was levelled, tested and checked to ensure the drainage was flowing correctly before backfilling and reinstatement.
